Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This policy covers the Android apps and companion websites published by Ninko: Term Map Calendar, Home Upkeep Log, Garden Week Planner, Family Chore Board, Focus Room, Receipt & Warranty Vault, Homeschool Week Planner, Vinyl Shelf, Apply Lane, and Fantasy Character Ledger.

Information stored on your device

Information you enter into an app—such as schedules, home maintenance records, garden plans, household chores, receipts, learning plans, collection details, job applications, or character notes—is stored in that app on your device. The Android apps do not send this content to Ninko and do not sync it to an account. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes locally stored information. Export or print features act only when you choose to use them; you decide where an exported file is saved or shared.

Optional, anonymous usage counts

The three initial Android apps—Term Map Calendar, Home Upkeep Log, and Garden Week Planner—ask on first launch whether you want to allow optional usage counts. If enabled, while online they send fixed app and feature labels to help us count daily usage. Examples include an app opening or a feature action such as adding an item or completing a task. The event payload does not contain the information you entered, a page URL, an advertising ID, an account ID, or an app-generated persistent device or visitor identifier. To deliver the request, Cloudflare receives the connecting IP address and technical request details. Cloudflare Worker invocation logs can include request metadata such as IP address and country; its published retention is up to 3 days on Workers Free or 7 days on Workers Paid. The active account plan is not shown in the app, so the maximum disclosed period is 7 days. You can turn off app analytics at any time in the app's usage analytics setting. Website page views, guide views, approximate sessions, broad source categories (search, referral, or no referrer), and feature actions are stored as daily counts, not unique-person counts. To choose a source category, the browser checks the referrer hostname locally and sends only a fixed category event; it does not send the hostname. Website analytics requests contain fixed app and event labels, not an originating page URL, path, query, search term, app content, or visitor identifier. Product analytics stores daily totals by app and event. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals suppress website analytics; browser signals do not control the Android apps. Debug builds do not send analytics.

The other seven Android apps named in this policy are not yet available for download on Google Play. Their final data practices will be reflected here before they are released.

Our product analytics database groups events into daily totals by app and event, with no visitor ID or per-person record. We do not sell these counters or use them to advertise. The aggregate counters currently have no fixed deletion schedule; we keep them while useful and delete them when no longer needed. This describes the analytics database, not Cloudflare's separate operational logs: the provider may retain request metadata, including an IP address and country, for up to 3 days on Workers Free or 7 days on Workers Paid. The active account plan is not shown here. We do not use those operational logs to build visitor profiles or connect a person to a product event history. Cloudflare processes request metadata to deliver and protect its hosting services under its own policies.

Sharing and third-party services

We share the limited event request with Cloudflare, which hosts the metrics service. We do not share the information you enter in the apps because it stays on your device. If you follow an external link or choose to share an export, that destination is governed by its own privacy policy. The apps contain no advertising.

Security

Analytics events are sent over HTTPS. App data is kept in the app's local storage on your device. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid entering information you do not want stored on that device.

Children

These general-purpose tools are not designed to collect personal information from children. The apps have no account registration or messaging system. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use and any sharing or export of information.

Your choices and privacy contact

In any of the three initial Android apps, turn off Allow app usage counts under Optional usage analytics or use the app offline to stop analytics transmission. On a supported browser, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control suppresses website analytics. You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer using the contact email shown on the relevant app's Google Play listing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when an app or its data practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
